Willow Sketchie Challenge - 20th September - 'Paper Piecing'

Hi Everyone,
Well, it's Thursday and that means it's time for another Willow Sketchie Challenge.  However, there is a new format that we are now following.  There is a Sketch, however there is also a Theme, now it's your choice as to what one or both you decide to follow.
But firstly, I must congratulate the Winner of last weeks Challenge, and of course the Top Three, we had loads of really good entries and I really like looking at each of them. I really enjoyed your card / project.  I hope you enjoy you Voucher to spend at Willow Designs.  Congratulations.
This week our hostess is the most amazing Lisa.  She has the most fantastic Sketch for you to follow, and here it is:

All you have to do the Challenge, is the Card / Project needs you can make anything as long as you follow the Sketch or the Theme.

Willow Sketchie Challenge - 8th September

Hi All,

Gosh, is that the day already, where are the days going, ruining the best days of my life??  Kids are now back at School, there are Christmas things in the shops, gosh I just don't know where this year has gone. I just want to congratulate the Winner of last weeks Challenge, Phillipa.  Your card was beautiful, as were they all, but there can only be one winner. 

 Anyway it's Thursday and that means it's time for another Willow Sketchie Challenge.

We have another newbie who is joining us, her name is Claire, and I know you will be kind to her.  Well this week we were working to Claire's great Sketch and also using Keeping Warm Image which is available from Willow Designs.  And this is Claire's fantastic Sketch.

And here is my card.

The Image used was Keeping Warm from Willow Designs, you get both the pre-coloured one as well as one which is the line drawing.  I chose to use the pre-coloured version.  Which was finished off with Glitter!!  The Design Papers I've had for a long time, so sorry I can't remember.  The circle was pre-cut and the Snowflakes were made with the punch.

Remember you need to post it on the Willow Sketchie Challenge blogspot.  You can Rotate the Design but we must see the original design.  You don't have use a Willow Sketchie picture, we just like to see them.

Tuesday Morning Sketches - #108

Hi All,

I should of posted this yesterday, but I think I was having one of those days. I had to go to the hospital, it's ok, I'm fine just a routine appointment.

Anyway onto the card.




The Image I decided to use for this particular challenge was one from Willow Designs. It's called Keeping Warm. I decided to use this as it was small enough to be cut into the design. The Design Paper comes from a mini book that I had, so I don't know who it is from. The Embellisments came from a local shop. The Sentiment I had before, so a good opportunity to use it.



I used a Ribbon which was from my Stash.
