Firstly, I would like to thank you all for joining in over the past fortnight, your entries were fantastic, and I enjoyed all your blogs that I visited, but, there has to be a Winner.  Check over at Ditzie Digi Design Challenge for the Winners.

Well, lets get on with the Challenge.  It's Sunday and that means it's Sunday Sketch and Stamp, but firstly, I must congratulate the Winner of last weeks Challenge, we had loads of really good entries and I really like looking at each of them, so thank you. I really enjoyed your card / project.   This week our fantastic hostess is Carole, I always enjoy Carole sketches, they are so much fun to do and to think about. On to my Card, that I hope gives you some inspiration.  I know that 'Father's Day' was a week ago, but I loved the Image that I used, I wish I could have given a Card to my Dad, but he's in heaven.

Willow Sketchie Challenge - 14th June - 'Favourite Colour Combination'

Hi Everyone,
Are you feeling OK???  I am, I feeling downright groovy (think he tablets are going to my had!!!).  No, I'm feeling fine, I had to pick the Winner and also the Top 3 from the Challenge last week that was something new.  Well, I'm off to my my Stroke Club this morning, so this is a scheduled post, so I hope everything goes OK with it, because I won't be home until this afternoon.
Well, it's Thursday and that means it's time for another Willow Sketchie Challenge.  However, there is a new format that we are now following.  There is a Sketch, however there is also a Theme, now it's your choice as to what one or both you decide to follow. 
But firstly, I must congratulate the Winner of last weeks Challenge, and of course the Top Three, we had loads of really good entries and I really like looking at each of them, so thank you all for following my sketch or following my Theme or both. Fab 'n' Funky Challenge - Challenge #122 - 'A New Beginning'

I hope all of you are well, fantastic the weather's looking like it's going to be a hot, hot one.  This morning I'm off with Mum for her physio appointment, let's hope that the physio can do something for her.

Willow Sketchie Challenge - 15th March

Hi Everyone,
I can seriously recommend going to have afternoon tea at The Randolph in Oxford.  It was Mum's Birthday yesterday, and so I took her for Afternoon Tea.  Wow!!!  They could of not been more welcoming to us both, they seated us and took our coats, we were then asked what loose leaf tea we wanted, mine I like strong, so I opted for Assam tea, whereas my Mum likes weak tea so she just had some Traditional English Tea.  Now, when they brought this I didn't really want it, due to being fed tea in hospital!!!  That was before I tasted it, delicious.  Then, came the three tiered serving stand with sandwiches (crusts cut off), scones and then all manner of cakes.  I then mentioned it to the Waiter that it was my Mum's birthday, and he went off and got a box of chocolates, how nice was that.   I tell you we came out of there stuffed!!!  I am so glad that my Mum enjoyed it, it was her day, and she deserved it.
Anyway, it's Thursday and that means two things, one is I am at my Stroke Club (so this is a scheduled post) this morning, and the other is it's time for another Willow Sketchie Challenge.  However, there is a new format that we are now following.  There is a Sketch, however there is also a Theme, now it's your choice as to what one or both you decide to follow.

It's my Mum's Birthday!!!

It's my Mum's Birthday today, she gets another year older!!!  She is going to get her hair done, ready for Afternoon Tea at The Randolph this afternoon, I'll tell you what it's like.

I really hope she likes it and that she has the most amazing day.  She deserves it, what with the amount she has had to contend with in the past year.  She looked after me with me having a Stroke, altogether when she had Cancer.  She is brilliant, really she's one in a million.  We have to go to hospital tomorrow to find out if her Cancer has grown or moved, but it's your day today Mum.
