Fab -'n' Funky Challenge - Challenge #124 - 'Go Green' and DT Call

Hi Everybody,
That's the end of the celebrations, it's back to normal now.  Looking back at the celebrations, the biggest thing that stuck out in my mind was Prince Philip being taken to hospital.  I do hope he is going to be OK, Three Cheers for the Queen.
The Celebrations were fantastic, I went to my Uncle's and Aunt's on Sunday for afternoon tea.  We ended up being in a party, they had lots of neighbours coming in.  The tea we had was delicious, oh I could of spent longer there.  It was a shame about the weather, but nothing could be done about it.  British reserve took over and we managed to party on.
Well, the day is Wednesday and you know what that means, yeah!!! It's time for another Fab 'n' Funky Challenge.  What a great effort from everyone for last weeks Challenge, I thought that they were all fantastic.  As with everything we must pick a Winner, so please check out the Fab 'n' Funky Challenge blog to find out if it was you.  But I must thank all of you for you wonderful creations, they were all fantastic.

Hi Everyone,

My heating should be fixed today, yeah!!!  Believe me it's hard walking around the apartment with 3 (yes 3) jumpers on, and doing anything is impossible, when you could be mistaken for Michelin Man.  Anyway, there doing it all, so by this evening I should be nice and warm.

  Well anyway, it's Thursday and that means it's time for another Willow Sketchie Challenge.  Firstly, I have got to Congratulate the Winner of our Challenge and the Winner is .......... (drum roll) Lizy (number 1), I really enjoyed looking at your card / project, most wonderful.  I hope you enjoy spending your Voucher at Willow Designs.  I would also like to say thank you to Shell, for being such a wonderful hostess. 

There is a 2nd part to this weeks Challenge, we are asking for some new members to become part of our Design Team.  We are looking for an eclectic mix of crafter's to join our existing talented Design Team.  You   will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and have an on-line blog to enter.

Fab 'n' Funky Challenge - Challenge #96 also a DT Call

Hi Everyone,

Cor!!!  It's Wednesday and that time of the week again, I only thought I wrote one of these a couple of days ago, well lets get going shall we.  It's Wednesday, so that means it's a Fab 'n' Funky Challenge.  Firstly, I must say Congratulations to the overall Winner (picked at random), and also the top three, to be honest with all your wonderful cards / projects it is extremely hard.

I have been drawing all of my life. When I was 19, I started an animation studio with a friend from college. We created scoreboard animations for all the Major League Baseball teams as well as the Super Bowl and the Olympics In 1989 I started my own animation studio. We created animation for the Feature Film "Fern Gully The Last Rainforest". We also animated a Christmas Special "The Wish That changed Christmas" and a video featuring Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer. For the past 20 years I have had the pleasure of creating animations for Disney, Fisher Price and Mattel and bringing their characters to life. In 2006 I decided to bring my own characters to life with my first Children's Book, "Oink Finds an Egg". This year I am celebrating 50 years as a doodler and I look forward to sharing my original drawings with crafters through "Karen's Doodles"
